日本画家。対象の本質を正視し、特に女性の内面を撫でるように丹念に描き出す。その筆力は、目に見えない温度や湿度、空気までも画面に写しこみ、幽玄な世界を作り上げる。濃密で不思議な吸引力を持った作品は観者を捕らえて離さない。
